NASCAR Weekend at Rockingham Speedway

The following rules are subject to change. Individuals camping and attending NASCAR events April 18-20, 2025 on the Rockingham Speedway property assume all risks incidental or consequential to the event and waive any and all rights against the event promoter, property management, sanctioning bodies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assignees.

Event staff and series officials reserve the right to refuse admission or eject persons violating any law or policy.

Camp sites vary by size and location. Dry Camp areas are generally 20’ x 40’ to include one vehicle within the space.

CAMPING REQUIREMENTS

In order to camp, each person must purchase:

• An RV or DRY CAMPING site

• An EVENT TICKET
• One person in each site must be an adult, age 18 or older

CAMPING REGISTRATION HOURS & MOVE-IN/OUT TIME
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17
8:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 19
Move-out time – 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 20

NOTE: Multiple Dry Campsite patrons are encouraged to arrive together, as sites are first-come, first served
NOTE: Campers arriving after hours of our move-in times are not allowed to park overnight on the property

CAMPING REGISTRATION

• At registration, you will need to present your purchased camping receipt and event ticket(s) for each person in your campsite.

• RV and Camp sites vary by size and location. In Dry Camp areas, do not exceed 20-foot by 40-foot space.

• Vehicles are allowed on campsites if the vehicle(s) fits in the 20’x40’ campsite space. Vehicles that do not fit within the campsite space will need to park in Free Parking areas.  No overnight parking in Reserved or VIP lots.

• Large party tents are not allowed; only sleeping tents and small screen tents. Do not drive stakes or poles into any asphalt surfaces. Do not deface, cut, drive nails into or attach lines or any other objects to trees, spectator fencing, bushes, light poles, sign posts or buildings. Do not tamper with any electrical outlets on property. 
• Event management has the right to ask you to modify your site or the number of vehicles on your site at any time.

CAMPING AMENITIES

• UTILITIES: Unless you purchase an RV GREEN LOT space, there are no electric hook-ups on the property

• Water service and Pump-out service will be available.  You will receive an email with information prior to the event.
• Generator use is allowed only from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. At any time, event staff reserves the right to ask campers to turn them off if they are disrupting other campers. Do not tamper with any electrical outlets on property.
• There will be several portable restrooms in the camping areas.

ORDERING YOUR OWN PRIVATE PORTABLE TOILET
To order your own, you will be provided contact information via email prior to the event.

RV SERVICES: for water and pump-put services, you will be provided contact information via email prior to the event.

GARBAGE REMOVAL

Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage in designated barrels and dumpsters. Sites should be clean and free of garbage when you leave the property.

PETS POLICY
• Pets are allowed in the general camping areas only, always leashed within your campsite and camping areas

• Pets are not allowed in the grandstand area

• Pets must be kept inside your camper or vehicle when you are not occupying your campsite
• If other patrons complain about excessive noise or your animal’s behavior, please know steps may be taken that may alter your ability to have your pet on the property

CAMPFIRES

All fires and stoves must be raised 24-inches off the ground and managed at all times – such as a grill or portable patio fire pit. Coal & Ash must be disposed of in proper barrels

QUIET TIME

• Enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in all camping areas, with the exception of the Party Camping area

• Generators are allowed only from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  If your generator is bothering other campers, event staff reserves the right to ask you to turn off your generator at any time

• No extensive or professional sound systems unless authorized are allowed at any time

• Radios and other audio systems are not allowed after 10:00 p.m.

• Event staff reserves the right to ask campers to turn volume down or off at any time
• At no time will offensive content/music be allowed

ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Please familiarize yourself with the GATE POLICIES for what is allowed to bring into the grandstands, found on RaceTheRock.com/visit.  Event staff have the right to police and confiscate in camping areas.

ON-PROPERTY VEHICLE POLICIES

The event promoter nor the facility are liable for any property loss, damage or personal injury sustained from operating a vehicle on the property. Please operate with extreme caution.

• All vehicles are subject to search by event staff once on the facility at any time

• All vehicles must obey a 5 MPH speed limit
• Vehicles parking outside your campsite footprint will need to park in Free Parking areas.

• Bicycle riding is permitted in the general camping areas only.  No bicycle parking allowed near grandstand gates.

• Outside of the camping areas, NO personal ATV’s, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, private golf cars, etc. are allowed on the property.

• Coaster wagons and strollers are allowed on the property but not in the grandstand areas.

MODIFYING YOUR SITE NOTE
Event management and security staff have the right to modify the content, size and/or structure of your campsite, move your campsite, ask to remove excessive vehicles from your site or other adjustments due to space and safety concerns in the interest of all persons' enjoyment and safety.

SECURITY / EMERGENCY INFORMATION

Once in the grandstand area, please seek out an usher or security personnel in case of an emergency. With camping-related issues, please seek out on-site event security.  For medical emergencies, vehicular accidents and/or personal injury incidents, please call 9-1-1.
