WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Best option is purchasing online, including on your mobile phone once at the track. You will be able to present your purchased paper tickets or your mobile phone with your ticket screen open to be scanned at the gate. On Friday and Saturday event days, the Speedway Ticket Office will be open at 8:30 a.m.
IS PARKING FREE? CAN I BUY RESERVED PARKING?
Yes, there will be free parking on the property. Yes, you may also purchase reserved parking for one or both days through our website, or bring $20 cash to purchase once you arrive. All parking is subject to capacity.
ARE SOFT-SIDED COOLERS ALLOWED?
Yes. You are welcome to carry-in one soft-sided 14 inch x 14 inch x 14 inch or smaller cooler with food and drinks. NO alcohol, NO glass. No hard-sided coolers, and none larger than size stated. All bags are subject to search at any time. For the list of permissible and prohibited items allowed in the entry gates, please visit our website, www.RACEtheROCK.com and click on the Plan Your Visit tab.
WHAT CAN I BRING WITH ME TO MY GRANDSTAND SEAT?
We have what items are permitted and not permitted into the entry gates on our website, www.RaceTheRock.com, click on the Plan Your Visit tab.
Please know if you are told you cannot bring an item in, your options include discarding the item or returning it to your vehicle. All carry-in bags and coolers are subject to search by speedway staff at any point.
IS OVERNIGHT CAMPING AVAILABLE?
Yes. There are several options from backstretch RV camping overlooking the track, to RV/Camper hook-up spaces on pavement, to Dry Camping on grounds. Please visit www.RACEtheROCK.com and click on the Camping tab.
ARE THERE SIZE RESTRICTIONS IN MY CAMPSITE?
Yes. As marked, or maximum 20 feet x 40 feet including one companion vehicle in that footprint. Event staff reserves the right to modify the size and structure of your vehicles and campsite in the interest of everyone’s enjoyment and safety. No additional structures allowed on your vehicle.
WILL THERE BE HEADSET SCANNERS FOR RENT?
We will know closer to the event if scanner rentals will be available. We will update our Fan Guidelines tab on our website once we get definitive word.
CAN I BUY A PIT PASS?
No longer is it available for the public to purchase NASCAR pit and garage passes.
CAN I BRING A GOLF CART?
Registered campers can bring their golf cart. However, personal carts are limited to use in camping areas on grounds. There will be no provision for golf cart parking at or near grandstand entry gates. Exceptions: official NASCAR-approved and Event staff operation.
WILL THERE BE TRAMS TO AND FROM PARKING LOTS TO THE GRANDSTANDS?
Yes. Look for marked tram stop locations.
CAN I BRING MY MOBILITY SCOOTER INTO THE GRANDSTANDS?
Yes, with purchase of ADA Compliant seating for your chair/scooter and companion seating. Please refer to the map on our website, www.RaceTheRock.com for ADA parking, subject to capacity.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No animals are allowed inside the grandstand admission gates. Exceptions on the property: on leash in camping areas, leashed within your campsite boundary, or approved by NASCAR officials or Event staff.
ARE THERE GATE PASS-OUTS SO I CAN LEAVE AND RE-ENTER?
Yes. Please obtain the proper pass or stamp from ticket gate staff before exiting the gate area. For re-entry, you must have your event ticket with you along with your proper pass or stamp.
WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?
No smoking is permitted in the grandstand seating areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
The date and time of the event(s) listed are subject to change by event promoter Track Enterprises and/or the sanctioning body of the particular event. Every attempt will be made to complete the events as scheduled. Tickets will remain valid on all subsequent days until the event is completed. Track Enterprises does not offer refunds or exchanges of any tickets. All sales are final.
WHAT IF I AM INVOLVED IN OR WITNESS TO A NEED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES OR ACCIDENT?
If within the grandstand seating, please notify the nearest security guard or usher. Please allow emergency personnel to respond to incidents promptly and without interference.

Kids ages 12 and under are FREE with paid adult. Bring the kids for an unforgettable experience. Be certain to order kids tickets when ordering.
Download all of your tickets and purchases before you get to the track. Tickets can be printed out or will be scanned right from your mobile phone.
Pack a cooler with drinks and food! Size limit on soft-sided cooler is 14” x 14” x 14”. No glass, no alcohol.
Check the weather forecast to have the proper clothes along. Bring sunscreen, hats and ear plugs. There will be plenty of merchandise to purchase at the track, too!

ADA Parking and Tram Assistance
The ADA Parking Lot is restricted to ADA ticket holders and is subject to capacity limits. Note, the person that is issued the ADA parking hang tag must be in the vehicle. IF that individual is not in the the vehicle, you will not be allowed to park in the ADA lot.
Once the ADA Parking Lot is full to capacity, you will be directed to park in the Free Parking areas on the property. Shuttle/tram service from various pick-up points will be in service both days.
Assistance Trams/Carts are available free of charge, to certain destinations throughout the property. Golf carts are not permitted through the gates or infield unless authorized by event staff or series, but can be used as drop-off vehicles to drive from parking areas to drop-off zones near entry gates. No parking or staging of carts, scooters or powerchairs near admission gates is permitted.
During peak times, guests should expect delays and use of these trams and carts is restricted to the ADA guest and one companion so that we may assist everyone.
Arrive early to ensure you get an ADA parking spot, as parking is subject to capacity. There are two elevators to access the main tower.
